Simple Diagnostic Mobile Repair ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This page explains what information we collect through the site and how we handle it. We've kept it plain and honest. It is general information, not legal advice.

Our "Request service" form asks for your name and phone number and a description of the problem, and optionally your email, your city or ZIP, your vehicle, and when you need service. When you submit the form, your own device opens a pre-filled text message (or your phone dialer) addressed to us — you decide whether to send it. The form does not automatically transmit or store your details on a server. If you call or text us directly, we receive your phone number and messages the way any phone does.

How we use it

• To respond to your service request and schedule the work

• To keep ordinary records of work performed

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages unless you separately ask us to.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking
